Overall great company but scared for the future

Tenured staffing being full time remote Amount of PTO Management- very understanding of the workload we put on advocates and do fight to give you that extra time to handle it
Cons
Paychex acquired Paycor in April 2025 The future is very unsure on how this company will be flexible with us. Currently, any new hires must be near an office location to be a hybrid position. So it can only mean they will eventually force everyone into office soon. Paychex IT teams seem to be very unorganized and not given time to really vent through situations. Paychex claims they are forward thinking but are just now allowing AI tools to be used. They talk about culture so much it’s nauseating. Their in office culture sounds to be very outdated still. They are just now ok with employees showing tattoos or different hair colors.
