      Here are my top pros from working here for 5+ years: -Fantastic Sales Leadership -Technology Innovation -Strong Team Atmosphere -Incredible Compensation -Value as an Employee -World Class Marketing Department -Best CSMs on the Planet

      Cons

      -CSMs are undervalued and underpaid for the value they provide -Turnover from Service and Implementation (under market average but still not great)
