      - Commissions monthly - Fun atmosphere - Kickbacks - Industry

      Cons

      - Work/Life balance - Managers are on you constantly for things you can't control - The saying goes with them: "If you take vacation then you won't hit goal". - Many different Micro-Managing software products they use daily - No time to do anything other than sell - Managers don't ever check-in and see if you're well - All business, no personal life - Imagine Wolf of Wallstreet for HCM
