      Paycor offers ample opportunity to grow both within your role and through career advancement. Whether its taking on projects in addition to day-to-day role or assisting with launch of new products/services, there is no shortage of ways to grow and learn.

      Cons

      There are several checks and balances that come with a public company. While this is ultimately the right path, timeline and eagerness to tackle issues can become frustrating at times.
