Less than 3% annual raises, less than 7% annual bonus, in spite of company making record profits.

Remote, work from home. 8-5 schedule that is flexible. Great Team, Benefits offered and perk packages are fantastic. Lots of resources/training available

Cons

Training course very lengthy and not for my specific role. While it's great to know how the process works and is broken down, I feel my time would have been better spent on other role specific job duty functions. Excited for the growth of Paycor but need more resources & training (How to guides) on GL Specialist role specific job functions. Thankful for my team and being able to learn via shadowing and hands on training.
