Pros

Work from home capabilities Benefits Teammates Company went public

Cons

Consistently being the dumping ground for all items/projects other teams do not want to handle due to every department now being a silo. Being customer facing is difficult because the team does not have backup from managers or other teams. I state as multiple teams being over worked, support struggling to handle all of their cases or not being able to address them. The managers telling employees to have your client call in if it’s urgent, even though they are allowed to email. Executive management wants feedback on how to make this a stronger department; however, it’s a toxic department. Every meeting you hear about toxic positivity and culture, but nothing changes. They canceled our kickoff that we have in august because there was a different on-site in April. Pushing back when we receive our bonuses. Each quarter KPIs/quarterly goals change and stating each employee can do more. Every quarter I was there, the metrics changed- how can one be successful? Most employees are working 70 plus hours so they don’t fail or try to move up in the company or keep their brand positive. Service department is overwhelmed, the directors expect you to step in. I have watched numerous team members leave because they were burned out and the employees were blamed. Not the how the company was running internally to make it successful. Executive team asks why you are leaving and if you provide feedback- it gets turned back onto the employee. Your book of business is not realistic compared to other companies. One individual should not be holding a book of 35 plus because people keep leaving. HR has never stepped in to help unless employees reached out.
