      founded on the base of a customer and people first culture, this company is investing in tools and resources to support their employees' ability to successfully navigate the dynamic growth. New and out-of-the-box ideas are welcomed, and there is an attempt to show value to the contribution made by every member of the organization

      I am a month into my employment at this time and have not yet encountered any cons.

      An Autonomous Hustle

      Pros

      I find the base pay to be competitive in a hunter sales role. The expense reimbursement is very helpful as well. It is a hustle, but once you get going it pays off. I also love having autonomy and working from home. My manager trusts me, he is a great coach, and it's a pleasure to be part of the team here.

      Cons

      It is hunting. So we do a great deal of cold calling. If you aren't in the software business or HR/Payroll it is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      They are quickly investing into emerging markets and this is the first organization that I've been part of that truly prioritizes their sales team with a variety of incentives and support. They do a good job supporting the virtual based teams too

      Cons

      They expect a lot, but give you tools to be successful.
