Pros

The people at Paycor are transparent, kind, and intelligent. They have made me feel welcome and included right from the start. Paycor excels where it matters most - its people. Lots of companies talk about DEI, but Paycor lives it. No matter what creed you belong to, Paycor embraces the individual and leads through trusting relationships with each person, which can be difficult in a virtual first world. They excel at bringing people together and making you feel connected.

Cons

I wouldn't consider this a con more than awareness. The company is growing exponentially, so be prepared for change. The great thing about this time at Paycor is making a difference and being an influencer. Not all processes will be perfect, but the leadership is working hard to improve every day.

Pros

The people are really great at Paycor. I love the team that I am on. Premium amounts for benefits are priced fairly. Love the remote capability.

Cons

The training is severely subpar & tends to not focus on your actual duties. They should really perform a gap anaylsis on the training. The salaries are definitely below standard quality which is a shame since prices around us are increasing but salaries remain the same. Haven't really come across an incentive program the benefits the employees. It's nice that they have several ways to earn a little bit more, but that's just it....it's only a little bit. It's nice to hand out these $5 Starbucks giftcards, but 1) what can you buy at Starbucks for $5 and 2) Not everyone likes or even goes to Starbucks. Pick something universal that EVERYONE can use like Amazon or just a Visa card or some place where there are more options to choose from. I have a lot more to say but sometimes it's what's the point b/c management is such a stickler for the rules that there is no flexibility for creative ideas.
