Pros
Awesome company culture and teams that are ready and willing to help one another. Obvious room for internal growth for employees. If you are a hard worker and looking to grow your skills, this is the place to be.
Cons
The sales organization is growing immensely and bringing in more revenue than ever before. However, the implementation and support teams don’t seem to be having a similar level of growth which can make it challenging to retain clients and give them as great of an experience as they have during the sales process. It definitely hurts morale between teams.
