Pros

Culture. Leaders actually lead and care. They take care of their people and that leads to a great customer experience. Implementation has been amazing for my clients too.

Cons

Please offer an end of year bonus. For example if you sell x amount you get x bonus.

Pros

Paycor has a great culture. The guiding principles mean something to employees and Senior Leadership alike. People truly put the customer first and take care of each other.

Cons

Paycor is experiencing a great deal of growth, so we can sometimes be challenged with keeping pace with the continued growth of our customer base. Fortunately, leadership has recognized and is addressing the growth rates by increasing staffing and providing the toolsets needed to keep pace with the growth.

Pros

Great benefits, remote, flexible when not during peak times

Cons

Training is very poor for a certain sector of the business. They should really split out training between two groups. Work life balance is non existent most of the year. Working 45-50 hours a week just to keep up with workload for a couple months. If you are sick, you have to reschedule your own client calls.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. While I am glad to hear you are enjoying the flexibility of the remote environment, it sounds like from your experience there could be some opportunity in your role-specific training. If you would like to discuss that more, please reach out to me. Feedback from our Associates gives us the opportunity to improve and we appreciate it. Thank you!
