- HCM is a fantastic industry to be in - Excellent career opportunities - Fast-paced, growth-oriented company - Great people to work with - Company/Management genuinely cares about its employees

Cons

-Lots of opportunity to make back-office processes more efficient -Customer Service improving but opportunities remain -You'll work hard, so this company is not for everyone. If you're up for a challenge and looking for a growth opportunity though it's a great place to be -Company still experiencing growing pains as it scales to becoming a larger, national company
