- Adopted remote working fairly well during the pandemic

Cons

- Highest turnover rate i ever seen in my career. This led to you getting dumped with projects and their response is everyone else is doing it as well. - Out of the recruiter/managers/mentors that hired me all left within my 6 months of my employment.
