Paycor has a great culture focused on "Taking Care of Each Other" while "Having Fun Along the Way". I have experienced this first hand, it is an amazing feeling. There is no better leadership team, internal team, and local teammates out there. They are what continue to drive me to get up each day for work. They are amazing people that care about one another while doing the "Right Thing" to make sure our clients are taken care of when they need us. Our leadership team faced adversity straight on and pivoted quickly to ensure Paycor continues being the best HCM Technology in the market, ensure our clients are getting connected with a "Specialist" within 2 minutes or less on the phones and supporting us as employees along the way. It is an amazing time to be at Paycor!

--Great tools for sales, almost too many --Culture is amazing --C-suite are level headed, down to earth, and humble --Product is always changing and very intuitive, easy to get behind and sales --Great salary and benefits --All virtual

Cons

--All virtual, can be seen as a pro and a con. Pro for obvious reasons, con because as sales people we tend to be social and personable with our team but don't get to experience that too much here with everyone being remote.
