      Pros

      Working at Paycor has been like a breath of fresh air. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. There are no egos and people truly want to see everyone succeed. I love the technology and software Paycor provides its clients and it feels great to be able to stand behind a product. My team is encouraging and my boss is extremely helpful.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no cons. Just know it is a competitive business and if you want to succeed, you have to put in the hours.

      Pros

      When you work for Paycor, there is always an opportunity for new experiences and challenges. Leaders are open to new ways of solving problems and really listen to associates on how to help the organization grow and improve. We move fast, we push ourselves every day and we have a great time while doing it!

      Cons

      At times the fast pace can make it seem like every project is the most important. This can lead to prioritization challenges and can make it feel like the direction is constantly shifting.

      Pros

      Paycor employs really great, hardworking people that make going to work much easier. Everyone collaborates really well and it really makes a difference

      Cons

      With all of the cutbacks due to the pandemic, it really took away almost every pro of working at paycor. Our salaries were reduced, our staff was cut, our bonuses became yearly instead of quarterly, the format of the company was completely changed and our process was changed. To where it is almost impossible to do the job well/correctly and we are stuck dealing with too many angry clients for things that were outside of our control
