      Pros

      In this environment I have one of the best managers that advocates for me.

      Cons

      To many changes being implemented with no real solution in place. Just seems like a bunch of talking heads looking at the data and making changes on the fly. Where not utilizing the resources that we have and we have several departments that refuse to speak with our customers... like billing. Which I think is ridiculous, I’ve never worked for a company that didn’t have a billing department that refuses to email or talk on the phone with the client about there bill.

      Pros

      Under Paycor Founder Bob Coughlin Paycor had a great company culture. Now it’s a chop shop and employees are micro managed and treated like children.

      Cons

      Ever since original Bob retired company culture has been going downhill. Regional Leadership is clueless and constantly turning. I had seven different managers in 3 years. That is a sign of a failing company.
