Pros

Wages, PTO, good coworkers, career growth potential, good place to start your career. You drive your own career if you want to move up you can. Managers are supportive of career growth and will actively help you get where you want to be.

Cons

Uneven workload, inconsistencies between departments, but this means room for improvement and innovation for those looking to make a difference. Good ideas are always welcomed.

Pros

In summary- People, products, independence, and development. People: Sales, Implementation, and Service interconnect well with each other. This is a big part of why I enjoy Paycor. I've been at companies where you just hope the other departments follow through with expectations you've set and our implementation and service teams have done a phenomenal job, especially in the midst of the pandemic response. Products: Our product and developer teams have helped our teams tremendously with a series of new major updates throughout 2020. Independence: I have free range to try new processes, tools, and ideas to beyond just the sales reps and manager on my team. Similar to my note below, unique ideas are valued and often shared. Love the flexibility to do this and stay creative with variety of approaches. Development: I've also worked for several sales organizations that had a culture of sales reps protecting what they know. When I first started at Paycor it was a completely different environment. People on my team would send me templates they found helpful, brought me in on calls that would be beneficial to hear, and truly just a mentor style culture.

Cons

Can be responsive versus proactive with approach to hiring for non-sales departments. Culture has changed some over the year, but I still think since July of 2020 we've made some great efforts to help reinstate the great culture we once had. No major cons at all!
