      Everything from the interview process, the management team, the culture, the compensation structure, opportunity to earn equity, is above and beyond anything I've experience thus far in my 20 year + sales career. There is opportunity all over the place, and Paycor is in full hyper-growth mode. Now is the time to be part of this dynamic and forward thinking team!

      Growing company with good long term vision. Good people & culture, fair starting pay and benefits, virtual first work style creates amazing flexibility to manage work/life balance.

      Cons

      Growing company means growing pains so don't expect perfection. Requires some patience and open communications. Paid holidays are a bit skimpy. Virtual first work style is great for work/life balance but like most companies during COVID times, it's hard to interject fun with entire company working remote.
