      Pros

      I've been at the company for 4 years and it has been best experience of my career The product is top-notch, the leadership team is excellent, and the culture of taking care of the client and each other is not just talk, it's preached. If you want to earn high income and have happy clients who actually love their Payroll/HR provider, then this is a place you want to be. The Implementation Teams and Support Teams are outstanding and as a sales person, there is nothing better than having support teams who truly want to take care of the client. You can act as the true CEO of your territory and have a great work/life balance. Get on the train while you still can because this company is just continuing to rise.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons. Initially, learning the Paycor internal processes may take time, but that's expected when you go to any new organization.

      The culture is very supportive, collaborative, and user-centric.

      Cons

      I'm new and if I had to nitpick I'd say that there seems to be a lot of shifting projects/priorities, but everyone is very positive and eager to help.

      small company, no job security, they do lot of layoffs. new CTO is making the company worse.
