      Pros

      Your not going to find an organization with a better team of leaders like we do at Paycor . From the C level to the front line leaders, we have some of the best talent that I have ever been a part of. The collaboration and team atmosphere is extremely exciting and motivating to be a part of. Paycor is family. The resources and tools are unbelievable. Marketing team is the best in the business.

      Cons

      Industry is always changing and you have to be open to change with it. If your not willing to adapt and be open to new ways then this isn’t for you.
