Pros

Some great people but an organization that wants be ADP which is exactly what Paycor was founded to be the antithesis of per its founder.

Cons

It has lost its way. No product differentiation. Focused on metrics vs quality. Customer service lacks because it is a pit of people with no knowledge but good hearts if you can wait an hour to speak with them. New CEO rules through fear, crass language, and micromanagement.

Pros

great marketing and some great people

Cons

leadership is a joke. You have a number on your head and they don't care about you AT ALL. don't develop anyone and think someone from outside the organization is a better hire than developing internally. High turnover

We’re sorry to hear that your personal experience was dissatisfying. While we may not get everything right, we make every effort to listen to Associate concerns and to address them. Last year, our 1,800 Associates completed more than 17,700 hours of development -- Associate learning -- and our retention rate was over 81%.

Pros

None really; maybe health benefits

Cons

Internal processes are terrible. We lose to competition all the time. Terrible management. Had no leadership. They are full of themselves. Pretend that they care but all they care about is going IPO. Selling into the worst vertical that never wants to make change. Implementation fails all the time and then you are dinged the revenue. They tell you you cant make money anywhere else, but when you are tenured, you can make upwards of 200k in SaaS sales. DONT BUY THERE CRAP. ITS ALL LIES
