Pros

Amazing managers to work with that really do care about your success and well-being professionally AND personally. The product is one you can actually get behind and feel great about selling to prospects because it truly does bring a significant benefit to their business! Great pay, great benefits, amazing culture, huge opportunity with a growing company!

Cons

No company is perfect - just the facts. Growing quickly which, in all cases, comes with some growing pains and working out the quirks. Learning new best practices along the way to make the company even better takes some time, and being able to understand that it’s a long-run plan is key.

Growth is how we get to the next level and while we’re always evolving, we won't change our commitment to customers and dedication to transparent communication and leadership across our organization. Every Associate is empowered to do the right thing and get the job done. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

Pros

-Strong marketing team to support you -Cheap product which makes for easy wins -Decent product -Strong support from partner channel team

Cons

- System has its flaws when it comes to capabilities in competitive situations - Leadership has a heavy focus on achieving results by any means necessary; even if that means bending the truth our outright lying - Frequent no starts because system doesn’t have capabilities client needs - Willing to put partners reputation on the line in order to win business - Positions themselves as a true unified system yet all they do is acquire other companies and label their software as their own
