Pros

MYC at Paycor is a high end event that celebrates sellers and leadership for their contributions to our company. This year we went to Cancun, Mexico at Le Blanc for an awesome experience. Thank you Paycor!

Pros

It's as if they have a dedicated group of people that sits around thinking about how to show their employees how they appreciate them every day. From bonuses, to surprise days off, to WFH whenever you need it, to surprise ice cream parties, free lunches, and success parties, Paycor definitely has the employee satisfaction thing figured out.

Cons

The work itself can be boring. Who really cares about payroll? Not me.

Pros

- Flexible schedule - relative freedom to work how you want - fun co-workers - immediate managers are supportive

Cons

- Sales management seems to not have a plan, constantly changing pricing / compensation structure / territories. Seems like they’re trying to pump up revenue due to goals for IPO. - Very little training or support on what products do and therefore how to sell them. - Competitively, no killer feature or really direction/plan/unique value proposition. No real reason to pick Paycor over competition.

Thank you for your input. We understand that keeping up with the fast pace of growth can be a challenge. Beyond a robust new hire training, we have many avenues of support for our new Sales Associates. We encourage all Associates to reach out for help if they need additional support, and have several different mechanisms to do so. Your RSD and HRBP are always available if you have questions or need support. In addition, we welcome your feedback at paycor@glassdoor.com.
