      Pros

      Paycor has the best culture, leadership, product, structure, and support of any company I have worked for. Paycor spends a ton of money on product development and marketing which makes my job as Sales Executive so much more productive. Leadership is very supportive and accessible unlike I’ve ever experienced. The salary, commission, and benefits are top notch in the industry. Paycor treats their employees fairly, has an amazing culture, and truly believes in community involvement and giving back.

      Cons

      It is sometimes difficult to be in the “know” if you are not attached to one of the big offices.
