      Pros

      As a rep, it's always great to know that the product you are selling is above all others in your space! There are not many times I walk into a meeting and worry about my competition. That says something. Additionally, great pay in the space! Great benefits, commission, and perks. All these things to go along with the culture at Paycor. Above and beyond everyone else! From top, down!

      Would like expansion to get further west.

      Great Company employee focused as much as customer focused.

      Pros

      Growing fast and very agile. They listen to customers and employees and implement ASAP. Not stuck in old world habits of this is how we always did it so lets not change. Complete opposite. This is were the market is going lets go with it, and even try to get ahead of it.

      Cons

      It dept not as efficient or up to date on processes and trends for telecommuters. Expenses process outdated no corporate cards and still have to scan receipts and submit. No funds for internet usage, and they offer HSA but you have to provide your own.
