Pros

There is lots of opportunity to make a big impact as Paycor and technology is a major focus to support Paycor's ongoing growth. Great office in Norwood that will continue to expand

Cons

Due to the rapid growth of the PD&IT department there has been fragmentation on process and technology. Also dependencies can be complicated between the large number of teams

Pros

- Salary is good because they have injected of capital at the moment. - Great software -

Cons

- Culture that they breed from top down is not what they preach to you during the hiring process. It's a toxic place to work and be. They Lie!!! - STILL NO EQUITY PLAN RELEASED - SAID THEY WOULD RELEASE IT SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING HAS COME OUT YET. -THIS COMPANY HAS A HUGE IDENITY CRISIS HAPPENING, IF I WAS AN INVESTOR, STAKEHOLDER, SHAREHOLDER, ETC I WOULD RUN.... FAST. - They dont truly care about their sales people. If you are struggling because its a new industry and you need attention, you shouldnt feel like it would be uncomfortable to ask. - Training is the WORST!!! Literally the worst training ever. Too much busy work, and check the box activities... and it drains you as a sales person. When you finally get done with training, you have no pipeline that you could have spent time building.

Pros

Work environment is nice, although getting too crowded Attempts at creating team spirit but falls flat due to the issues above.

Cons

Crazy making leadership, lack of direction, scapegoating of employees, lack of transparency and ethics. Inability for employees to own their work because everyone is too busy covering their butt. Changes in PTO policy that penalizes current employees
