      Compensation; benefits; time off; expense allowance is descent

      Cons

      Constantly asking reps for something. Instead of letting the reps focus to selling they are worried about data entry. Managers dont lead, they micromanage.

      Pros

      The marketing team is amazing. Extremely diligent putting out excellent content to support the organization and sales team. Thought leadership content focused on HR and financial professionals is amazing. The executive team is constantly looking out for the field and finding creative ways to drive business.

      Cons

      More $$'s need to spent to upgrade the system and flood the market. The competitors are still winning business based on small tactics such as increased name recognition.
