      Pros

      Good pay can work from home if you don't sit with all the crazy stupid clicky people which is everyone.

      Cons

      Where to start? The other comment about layoffs is true. This company has no idea what it's doing. They rapid hire and then lay off hundreds of people without a care. VPs and people that have dedicated 10+ years to the company but they hired a new cfo and he took one look at numbers and if your salary was deemed too high you were gone. They knew for months they were laying people off but didn't say a word to anyone. Shady sneaky really sad business is run the way it is. Most of the people running around this place have no idea what they are doing and just gossip about all day. Read the other bad reviews everything is true!!

      Pros

      What is not to love? A gym onsite, convenient location, large pavilion area, amazing people, growing company, celebrate doughnut days, affinity groups, active in community as well as giving back, great benefits and flexibility. This company really does take care of the client, take care of each other, gets the job done and has fun along the way!

      Cons

      Growing company. There are always highs and lows in any company and Paycor is definitely seeing some change. Change isn't always a bad thing (growing company is also one of my pros), sometimes this can lead to long nights. Like any job there are busy seasons (quarter end and year end for Paycor). I have been here almost two years and seen incredible results from the people Paycor employs. I believe in our people, our products and process! We make changes where needed and get the job done.

      Honest people, great product, good culture

      Pros

      The best part of working at Newton are the people. People care about their work and the relationships with others and customers. The management team is honest and helpful. The culture is mature yet fun to be around

      Cons

      None to think of. Newton was purchased a year or so ago by a bigger company and has avoided feeling stuffy.
