      Pros

      I love the culture of Paycor! There are always lots of internal events going on, ways to get involved in community service, and leadership that is invested in the company. Paycor is growing quickly so it's a fast-paced environment. There is lots of opportunity for career growth. Managers are involved and vested in their employees success. The benefits/vacation are pretty standard for a company of Paycor's size. I am still pretty new, but have not noticed all of the politics that I have seen at previous employers.

      Cons

      Since Paycor is growing so quickly there are lots of new people and not everyone is 100% up to speed, so sometimes there can be re-work.

      Culture - the people work together as a team no matter what your title is and they work hard and intelligently to ensure success. Growth - the company is growing at a rapid pace, meaning there are new job opportunities evolving all the time. Whether you are an employee looking for new internal job opportunities or external, there are so many options to chose from. If you start in one role and discover it isn't the best role for you, Paycor will help you find a place that you will like and succeed in.

      Cons

      Growth - this is a pro, but can also be a con. With the company growing as quickly as it is there are growing pains. If you dont like change, this isn't the right company for you. As an employee you have to be willing to adapt to changes, some big changes that can occur in a day that affect your every day responsibilities and others not so big changes.
