      Great people who genuinely care about the business, growth, and customers

      Cons

      Turnover ; the training used to be sub-par and managers were quick to say that new hires weren't "getting it" ; I understand their training and on boarding programs have improved though.

      Pros

      By far the best recruiting and onboarding experience I have ever had. In addition, a great, easy to use and solid product against the competition. I love the overall culture and employee engagement and how the customer feedback is involved in the implementation process. I am looking forward to my future here at Paycor!

      Pros

      The moment you walk through the door, you have a network that says to you "I am here to make sure you're successful". The onboarding process is easy and straightforward, training is provided for all new hires, and there is a thirst for knowledge from all employees everywhere you turn. The company focus on A level customer service which is a great thing to be a part of.

      Cons

      To keep up with the growth, the company will need to focus major attention to training.
