      Onboarding has been a great Experience

      Pros

      From the interview process (4 interviews), to onboarding, and training I have had an exceptional experience.

      Cons

      So far the only downside is the travel for training. However, the training experience itself has been phenomenal.

      Former IT employee that left before it got really bad

      Pros

      Had the best boss ever! As a DBA allowed me to work independently, remotely if needed and set my own priorities trusting that I knew my stuff. Compensation was fair. Environment at the time was Open Door and friendly - very employee-centric.

      Cons

      Benefits were mediocre and environment was starting to degrade when I left (that's not why I left, I left to take another job that was to good to turn down). The IT department degraded so quickly that a mass exodus ensued (including upper management). BEWARE.

      The job I applied for a still posted as a matter of fact, a couple.

      Cons

      you expect employees to be customer oriented but when it comes to follow through for interviews, Paycor is unprofessional.
