Pros
Good reputation in the Cincinnati market with good payroll product, but other HR and Time products are very weak. Culture in Cincy seems great, but other locations are light years away from corporate and it feels that way.
Cons
Where to begin? Mass exodus is beginning with new territories and management shake up. Products are 10 years behind and business is being lost because of it. Low morale seems very apparent in the satellite offices as numbers are way down and so are attitudes. People team is non existant for satellite offices and HR if very difficult to engage or get ahold of. Benefits are not very good with high copays or high deductibles. Sales is micromanaged to a serious fault and its pushing good people away. Regional management clearly cares for no one and reps are only pawns in their game.
