      Pros

      Individual teams are strong and united. Giving back to community is a center point. Benefits are decent, pay is good to very good.

      Cons

      Culture has changed a lot. Attrition has increased. Direction for senior management isn’t consistent and doesn’t seem to be in unison. Makes it rather confusion for the workers.

      Pros

      There aren’t many positives to working here but the ones that stood out for me was the pay and for being a fully remote environment.

      Cons

      The pay was better than most sales positions but the cons that came were the benefits like dental, vision and medical were bottom line plans. The training is a joke, you must train yourself.
