Pros

Great culture & people Good medical benefits Realistic expectations of associates

Cons

Growth restrictions, at least in the implementation space so that it more depends on the alloted slots of the different levels of the role rather than actual performance

Setting Us Up For Failure

Pros

Fair amount of PTO, work from home

Cons

Recent changes to metrics (ACW) are causing burnout at a wide-spread level. Even the CSX departments that were thriving before, are struggling now after changes. The training is poor which is leading to a higher turnover rate. Previously felt supported by management, but now all of the focus is just on metrics which has completely killed our team morale and culture.
