Pros

When you start off the pay is appetizing and the amount of PTO.

Cons

No corporate training should have been a red flag for me. I transferred in the company and should have known this would be a issue. If you are not a part of the "click" then you will not succeed in shared services. Upper management does not care about progression or being there for their employees all they care about is numbers "to improve bonus" and not anything else. They give you documents and walk throughs to help with your work, but it doesn't at all. Training management needs to be a focus and coming up with a training program for employees which does not exist. Work life balance is nonexistent so if the workload is heavy you ARE expected to work long days to get it completed, and weekends. I would not work at this company you will be just another number on their bonus wheel.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments about the initial pay and PTO. We understand your concerns about the lack of corporate training, the importance placed on numbers over employee well-being, and the need for improved training and communication. We take these concerns seriously and will work on addressing them to create a better work environment for our employees. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your input.
