I have been with Paycor pre-pandemic. The company has experienced so much growth and change throughout its time. One thing remains constant: Paycor cares about its associates. The company seeks feedback regularly and actually CARES about what associates share/want.

Cons

I believe there is always room for improvement as it relates to communication--both interdepartmentally and across business units.

They'll take anybody. People turnover like crazy here so you won't have a problem getting a call back if you apply.

Cons

This is an HCM company that pitches software to increase employee engagement yet all employees on the sales side are burned out, micromanaged, and underperforming due to poor leadership. Also recently had a law suit on the implementation side because they miscalculated payroll... as a payroll company...
