I really can't think if any cons. It was always a positive environment. Management treated everyone with respect and made everyday fun.

They closed because they didn't have happy employees or they often had lazy employees. I was one of there best and was #1 in the region for the 5 years i was there. I followed all procedures, I trained other managers that were successful like Natalie Peray and i would have stayed there if they had to realize they're number one employees, it should have been treated better or promoted. I sometimes still feel like if they would have recognized me and used me to train all stores to function as well as mine that the company would still be open. A lot of companies need to look at their top performing numbers and figure out what those stores and managers are doing. And put them in the big leagues, so they can maximize that productivity.
