Pros
The benefits package is really generous with vacation, personal and sick time, as well as medical, dental and vision. There are bonus programs for recognition of performance, and they have a generous employee discount program. Salaries are competitive with similar retail establishments.
Cons
There is very little promotion within the company, most positions above Store Manager are recruited in. There are a lot of demands on the amount of hours and required days and shifts that employees must work year round. This definitely makes work/life balance non existent at times.
