upper management concerned only about stats....not about customer itself...45+ hour weeks...promised @ hiring good training with monetery rewards. found out training is being put on floor and shown once and left alone to open / close after 3 days given store safe code and key and left on own..store managers get quarterly bonus in stores numbers so managers only care about their numbers not employees OR customers seend first hand store manager being rude to both

Doing a three man job with one person in store at a time for minimum wage. Horrible store manager who just threatened to fire her employees all the time, thus we always were training new employees and were short staffed. Having to continually bother customer while they were shopping and then asking them for personal info at the register.
