Very slow options for career opportunities, as you can only really progress beyond Keyholder when someone else is promoted or leaves, leaving their former position vacant. Also when I did my "new employee seminar" years ago, I was the only one who answered any questions in the meeting and they seemed to be happy with them then, yet I found out later I had gotten a couple things slightly wrong (though I iterated them as they had been taught to me by my store's assistant manager, and my metrics in the system were almost always positive) and rather than being told what exactly it was I needed to work on, I was just told I didn't know what I was doing, and no actual constructive criticism was provided.

Constant turnover of staff. Always short-staffed. Support from District level was absolutely ridiculous. Rate of pay is awful compared to what similar stores were paying. Definitely over-worked and underpaid!
