Reasonable work hours, managers work within your desired work schedule. A little room for promotions based on skills and experience. Great teamwork environment. Would suggest this type of job for high school students, but only accepts 18 years and older. High numbers in sales is a must.

Cons

Minimum wage pay!!! A lot of physical work.. Expect to do more than what is required of your job. Please maintain a respectable relationship with every employee or else..

The people you work with is going to be the best part of the job. Hours aren't to long and you also get an hour break. Over all its a great first job, it taught me alot. If your desperate for a job sure go for it, or I'd you need money, but there are alot of jobs out there so choose wisely.

Cons

The pay The work The customer Higher up in the system they could care less about the employee's. Our back room was as cold as a freezer and hot in the summer. They will never give any raises even if you are promoted and you will be lucky if you could find coverage for your shift if you can't work that day. Lots of gossip but in the end of the day you got paid so if you could make it through all of that go for it.
