      Pros

      I was hired quickly. Needed a job while at college, nothing else.

      Cons

      They expect you to work very hard while paying minimal salary. The dress code does not match a minimum wage job and can be expensive if you don't already have the necessary wardrobe.

      Working off the clock

      Pros

      30% off merchandise. I guess flexible schedules but I will go into that. Oh and the ability to put shoes on hold.

      Cons

      Store leaders micromanage, not compensated for going to the bank off the clock, on call 24/7, all for a measly $8/hr. Bonus part I'm non-exempt however I'm part-time so OT is rare. I got promoted without a pay raise. The amount of stress on UPTs, Conversions and rewards. I am not commission-- I'm constantly on call -- I am constantly dealing with midnight work related texts... I lost interest in numbers. There's no work/life balance.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Great team of employees working together to meet daily sales goals. Great team work and working atmosphere.

      Cons

      sometimes sales goals are non realistic. High demand to perform and produce great sales numbers. Some days can be more difficult than others.
