      Amazing product Company has a great reputation in the industry Very happy clients Relaxed and fun culture Leadership that values us as individuals and takes the time to get to know is Everyone who works here has tons of industry experience. It is really like working with the absolute best the payroll industry has to offer.

      Cons

      On the sales side, working remotely can feel a little isolating. The technology we offer is always evolving and getting better. This requires us to stay in a constant state of learning so we can best represent the tools we offer. The best advice o got when I first started was to stay curious.

      Pros

      The employee centered culture is by far my favorite thing about working here. While not every employee is young, the air is filled with a youthful energy and exuberance. Contests, department events, incentive rewards, and regular recognition have made for a warm welcome, and define why I see Paylocity as a career rather than a job.

      Cons

      The duties of my current position can be mindless at times, but I, and the company, encourage development out of the position in the long-term.
