Pros

Great culture with a flexible environment for people who earn it through hard work, trust and productivity. If you give you get here! While the company is still going through its growing pains you will have an opportunity to impact the change for the better and have a say if you are able to think big, innovate and be willing to adapt.

Cons

Lots of change and sometimes with limited or reactive communication of the change but overall this is a great and very flexible company - some staff do not recognize just how good we have it!

Pros

Qualified management, great work-life balance, plenty of upward mobility, and open door environment. Transparent leadership and laid back but professional work environment.

Cons

Fast growth means roles and responsibilities are ever changing. Cap on PTO package is average.

Thank you for your review! I love your comment "the right people are thriving." No role or company is perfect for everyone, but I agree that when the fit is there, it's magic! We are always striving to improve our benefits and your PTO suggestion will be considered.

Pros

In short - the people. The national sales support team (NSS for short) makes coming to work a lot easier. There's also potential to make a lot of extra money in commission and bonuses if you excel at setting appointments.

Cons

It can be a stressful job for a lot of people. Some people excel greatly while others scrape by until eventually fizzling out. Most stay in the middle of the road - hitting their quota. Even if you have the drive, it can be difficult to hit your requirements.
