      Pros

      Great company to work for! It has a very young and fun culture and I look forward to coming into work everyday! I feel like all of my co-workers are now my good friends! Looking forward to continuing my career here and hopefully retire from here one day!

      Why Arlington Height's? Why not silicon valley?!?

      Pros

      Amazing opportunity to learn a skill set that translates into success and CASH! Fun work environment that promotes contests, games and more! Laid back dress code and casual atmosphere that rewards hard work. Real opportunity to make much more than a normal entry-level position.

      Cons

      Job can be difficult as it involves cold calling but given that you can get through that the opportunities are endless.

      Great place to work! There is lot of bonus and commission to be earned on top of the base salary! A TON of growth opportunity within the company! Couldn't ask for a better job in order to start my career here at Paylocity!

      Cons

      The job isn't for everyone but management makes it exciting and fun to come to work every day!
