      Pros

      NSS is a great place to work! There are a lot of opportunities to grow your career to where you want to be. Everyone is so supportive and willing to help you with any advice or questions you have. I would highly recommend working for NSS, it is a great atmosphere which makes going to work everyday a fun experience! I've learned a lot over the time that I've worked for NSS and have been able to take the tools from training and management I received and develop my sales skills even farther

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about NSS, everyone in management is always willing to hear advice in order to further improve the department.

      I really loved the environment and the job.

      Cons

      I wish I could say it was a better experience. I wish I just had a little help. I was a little mislead and could have had been prepared a little better. I felt like I was treated like an idiot for having a medical issue I couldn't control.

      Pros

      Great to be with an organization that is growing so fast! I love seeing my peers and team members get promoted with in the company. We also have an amazing tool that we are doing routine upgrades with, which is great to really tell people its OUR product.

      Cons

      On the other side of things, we are growing way to fast. Way to much business to support and manage across the board with in the organization. Need to better plan for hiring and on boarding to make sure we are prepared when team members are getting promoted that we are staffed accordingly.
