Our implementation is incredibly hard working, especially during record setting busy seasons like this one. Thank you for your commitment and we look forward to improving how we as an organization support you, and the valued work you perform every single day.

Pros

More progressive organization, working from home. Good vision from CEO.

Cons

Title says it all. This company has had explosive growth and with that has come some pains of that rapid expansion. Promoting people based on the need for a body to fill the role rather than the best candidate. Some of the more recently hired leadership don't seem to fully embrace the wonderful culture and that worries me on a long term basis.

Pros

Lots of freedom and opportunity to grow. Laid back environment. Fun atmosphere.

Cons

401k match could be a tad better. 1/2 to 3% is slightly chinsy for a public company. I know several startilups, or small businesses that offer 4% 100% match or higher. There should be a scale for seasoned employees. The same goes for time off. The cap is awfully low. There should be opportunity for sink bank and bank unused float if the senority rates aren't increased for seasoned workers. Health insurance is high priced and the recent announcement of future considerations for health insurance possibly only offering high deductible PPO is outrageous and very selfish of the organization. There should be more transparency with pay grades internally to allow for more direction when applying for promotion. There should be more opportunity for tuition reimbursement or student loan payoff programs. An on site gym, with showers, would be grand on new location if and when it comes. Highly understaffed, always two clicks behind. They promote work life balance but if you ask for help your treated as a slacker.
