Pros
Even in this highly competitive quota-driven environment, everyone supports and helps each other. Commission is very good if you're willing to work hard for it. Plenty of games, both team and individual competitions, give opportunity to earn even more. Support of management, ongoing training sessions, and availability of senior managers consistent and positive. The company is growing, so opportunities for advancement are great for those who earn it. Overall, an excellent place to start.
Cons
Space is getting tight as new employees are added. Not really a con though, as new space is being created to accommodate and will be ready soon. In fact, senior management has encouraged input with regards to this.. another pro.
