Paylocity is a rapidly growing, ever-adapting company striving to always do better for our clients and staff. Our sales team, as any entrepreneurial group, is constantly trying new things to improve our processes and service to better and more completely deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. We are disappointed you feel you have had a negative experience. It is true ours can be a challenging environment, and while we strive to provide great training, support, tooling and opportunities for our sales managers, it’s not for everyone. We believe we have the best sales talent out there, and that we are highly vested in their growth and future, but will continue to seek opportunities to improve.
