Pros

Good pay for industry Casual dress work environment Some nice perks (Lunches, Free good coffee!) Keeps employees appraised of company roadmap constant and consistant growth

Cons

Getting much too corporate - have lost the family attitude they had replaced with a more "yessir" environment Staff turnover increasing certain levels of mid-senior management are just plain bad lack of departmental communication (still) The blame game is starting to flourish as the demands for more productivity has increased

Pros

Casual work environment, latest technolgy, software as a service company, high client retention

Cons

Not all departments grow at the same rate as client base which causes high stress during typical higher volume months.

Pros

They value you as an employee. I am a current employee hired on during Year-End and anyone has has ever worked with Payroll would know how "demanding" it can be during that time of the year.

Cons

Since it is a new company there are very few seasoned veteran employees. But of those few they are willing to help any way possible.
