      Pros – Paylocity is a company comprised of the best talent in the industry. It's a creative, collaborative environment that respects the ideas and opinions of not only their employees but also their clients. The leadership team is innovative, passionate and hardworking which resonates on a collective level.

      Cons - It's not easy to be considered for the company they’re very selective and only choose top-notch talent.

      Casual dress code, co-workers that are willing to assist and teach one another.

      Cons

      There is a lack of emphasis in intra-office communication, particularly between departments. If there were more of an emphasis on critical thinking skills and focus on internal communication, it would increase overall productivity and employee satisfaction.

      Pros

      Paylocity is the leader in innovative payroll/ hris technology for middle market clients. Once people see the WebPay system they are blown away with how simple and intuitive it is to manage payroll and human resouces. It is fun to truly help clients and work with such wonderful people.

      Cons

      Although Paylocity has been around for 15 years with a phenomenal reputation, the name is still new in the marketplace.
